15 DAY CHALLENGE

Form consistent, daily habits that support your body and your fertility, while having fun, and being encouraged every step of the way.

This challenge is for you, if...

You're struggling to reach or maintain your target weight

You hate the gym, and running on concrete 

You're ready to get serious about your health, your weight, and your fertility

You have a hard time keeping a consistent workout schedule

You know exercise is good for your reproductive health (including ovulation), but you just don't like it, or are too tired to do it consistently

The only workout equipment you own is... none (you don't need any!)

Your doctor encouraged you to lose weight before you get pregnant, but you're not sure how or where to start

You're looking for daily support and encouragement to keep you accountable to a workout schedule (we're so much better together!)

Workout Calendar

DAILY CALENDAR WITH WORKOUTS, SELF-CARE DAYS, AND DATE NIGHTS

At the start of the challenge you'll have access to the workout calendar we'll follow for our 15 day challenge. Each workout is only 15 minutes long, and will give you an opportunity to try a number of different workouts to see what you like! The calendar will include:​

  • Cardio workouts

  • Strength training workouts

  • Self-care days with tips and ideas for treating yourself well

  • Scheduled date nights, so you can invest in the person who matters most. Plus, tips and ideas for a fun night together, whether you're out on the town, or stuck at home.

 

P.S. I know date nights and self-care days don't actually help you meet your fitness goals. They are, however, incredibly important for your mental health and your stress levels, which are both vastly important for overall health and fertility. 

Daily Videos

DAILY CONTENT VIDEOS SENT RIGHT TO YOUR INBOX

To make this the easiest, and most helpful experience, you'll receive a daily email throughout the challenge with a quick video (just a couple minutes) to keep you motivated, and learning, to better support your habits and your fertility. Daily video content will include:

  • Benefits of exercise when trying to conceive

  • How to exercise safely

  • Important topics like inflammation and insulin resistance - 2 of the most important topics when addressing fertility concerns, and both things that are improved through exercise

  • Encouragement! You are amazing, and I want you to know it! Not only will I drop the occasional, "Keep it up!" encouragement, but I want to help you be kind to yourself, treat yourself well, and realize all of the amazing characteristics that make you uniquely you.

Moving your body shouldn't be painful, miserable, or a chore. When we move our bodies the right way, and in a way that works with our personality and lifestyle, it brings energy, health, and joy! This challenge will help you find that!

Learned to implement daily habits that help you support your body, your weight, and your fertility

Life is FULL, and it's so easy to put our health on the backburner. That's why in this challenge, I'll help you implement small, consistent, daily habits that fit in with your busy lifestyle, leave you feeling strong, and support your desires for conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Discovered ways to practice self-care, which is just as important as movement!

While fitness is one of the main portions of this challenge, health is so much more than just being physically fit. We need to take care of both our physical and mental health, which is why I've included days (and plenty of ideas) to implement self-care into the next 15 days. 

​

Reignited date night, because family starts with you two!

More than anything, you and your man being on the same page, communicating, and enjoying each other is essential! Life is hard, and infertility adds an entire next level to the stress of life and relationships. But, your marriage matters, and deserves time, attention, and fun! That's why I've carved out two days for date night in this challenge, with plenty of ideas to have fun together!

Been encouraged every step of the way! 

Don't be on this fertility journey alone! We need people behind us, rooting and cheering us on, and helping us stay accountable to doing the good things we need, and our health deserves.

I can’t wait for you to join our 15 Day Fit Fertility Challenge!

 

As a mom of 3, a business owner, and homeschool teacher, I understand life is FULL! 

I know that by the end of the day you're too tired to clean the dishes, let alone throw a workout in before bed, and often you're too busy or overwhelmed to even eat a full meal throughout the day. But, here's the deal - you matter! Your health, your physical, and mental well-being, they matter, and they're absolutely essential when trying to conceive. 

​

So, while I know your life is full, I want to help you implement small changes in your routine that help you start implementing the things that matter most! I'll show you all of my tips and tricks for prioritizing health, self-care, and yes, marriage, because those three things are essential when trying to conceive and start (or grow) a family.  

​

And more than that, I want to do it with you! That's why I created this challenge.  It's easy to know what we need to do, but another thing completely to actually get it done. When we have a cheerleader and someone to hold us accountable every step of the way, it's so much easier to reach our health and wellness goals, and implement the good things we need in our lives.
