Sleep is essential for the proper functioning of our entire body. Both disturbed sleep and high stress can wreak havoc on every system in our bodies, including the endocrine and reproductive systems. This module will show you how these systems are related, and what you can do to improve sleep, de-stress, and restore balance to your body.

DETOXING YOUR HOME & YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Chemicals can wreak absolute havoc on the endocrine and reproductive systems! While we may be unaware of them, chemicals can be ingested through our food, absorbed by our skin, breathed in through our lungs. This module is all about identifying what chemicals and toxins are affecting your body, could be affecting your fertility, and learning how to safely detox from them.

  • Learn how different medications and synthetic hormones can disrupt your endocrine and reproductive systems, and what you can do to help balance your body

  • Identify personal care products that may be causing harm to your body and fertility

As a mother and midwife/nurse practitioner, I know the incredible power of what becoming a mother does in a person's life, particularly my own. But I'm incredibly burdened by the increasing number of women and couples struggling to conceive with very little support. I don't want to be a provider who makes their clients wait for 12 months of trying before they receive any help or direction, and I'm definitely not one who wants to jump to medications to fix "problems."

 

My approach with my own health, that of my family, and my clients is to holistically support the body's natural processes. I love to empower and support those who want positive changes in their lives and their physical health.
